I tried several times , it start ok and work fine only 30 second, after 30 second it freeze and disappear

nothing in background reflect
I used Trackir 5 for many years.
maybe USB port ? USB plug?
maybe wire is too old?

any friend met similar problem?

This is usually caused by light (sun light) blocking the IR (inferred) camera from seeing the "head reflections". Try closing your shades/blinds or increasing the Camera's "Light Filter Threshold". Make it larger, number wise. I'v tried for several days, same situation happened ...
