Don't waste any time on me, I've fixed it running NPRegFix.exe did the trick.

<t>To follow up somemore. I've just dragged out a old WindowsXp system & installed the TrackIR on it. It worked flawlessly first time. At least i know the hardware is functioning.<br/> <br/> Now back to Vista, which of course still won't install the USB drivers for love or money. Any of you guys...
