hi i brought a track IR 5 on March 10, 2013 the arm that extends from the track clip pro is very lose and will not stay in position what do i do please. the fact that it moves from side to side as well leads me to believe that the clip is broken inside as is in the process of falling off. i got this...

My track IR 4 pro clip has broken twice , and its held together with tape, got so bad now i have just ordered a track IR 5,so i hope its more durable than the 4 (though its been tape up for a year or so now the actual track ir is fine just the pro clip..

Hi i ordered a trackIR 5 from your web site 6 days ago i know these things take time , but how do i find out if it has been sent or not i have recieved no track and trace number.
in fact apart from the thank you for your order i have heard nothing else.

hi i am useing win 7 64 bit , i have just reinsatlled and got the same problem since done it once more and now it seems to work i just put my profile (which is a copy of defualt)on exsculsive and now it remembers it.

yes 2 both of those questions.
maybe i will just try reinstalling once again, but say that my sqd mates have the same problem with it not saving what they have altered.
