Track IR Pro 2 problems with software

i have had track Ir a few years now ,my track clip broke(they are a little bit flimsy)and i have brought a new one at the same time i uninstalled track Ir software.
so the new part has arrived and i reinstalled with your newest software, did everything as normal and put the software to start with windows when windows starts now i have a warning come up that Track IR is allready running, how is this possible when i have just started.
2nd it does not save any thing if for exsample i put center as I (as f12 is used in game)when i restart then it has set back to default again.

Do you have the software set to run at startup, and run minimized?

When you make the changes in the software, are you fully saving the profile, and closing the software completely?

yes 2 both of those questions.
maybe i will just try reinstalling once again, but say that my sqd mates have the same problem with it not saving what they have altered.

hi i am useing win 7 64 bit , i have just reinsatlled and got the same problem since done it once more and now it seems to work i just put my profile (which is a copy of defualt)on exsculsive and now it remembers it.
