Re: Sudden unexplained slow down/lag (TIR5)
Sorted myself out... as it turns out I had a key map issue that would come up at unexpected times and put TrackIR in precision mode. I just remapped the key in the trackir software and all is well.

Sudden unexplained slow down/lag (TIR5)
<t>Hi all,<br/> <br/> I have an odd issue using TIR5 + latest beta software, on Win7 64 bit, 8gb ram, Q6600 @ 3.7ghz and dual 8800GT's in SLI.<br/> <br/> Basically, I'll fire up TIR5 then FSX and hop in the cockpit. All works perfectly well for a little while then all of a sudden the view will start...

Re: TrackIR 5.04 beta disabling NVidia AntiAlising on IL2
<t>For what it's worth, I just installed IL2 1946 with the allaircraftarcade stuff (including 6DOF) and antialiasing seems to be working just fine using the latest TrackIR5 beta software. In fact I went into nHancer after running it the first time and bumped the AA up to supersampling x4.<br/> <br/>...

Re: New TrackIR and a couple of possible problems
<t>I did further testing with this last night, and I think I had a compilation of issues. There was definitely some sort of conflict with my joystick and the TrackIR causing freezes and other weirdness, but moving the trackir to a different set of USB posts seems to have sorted that out. The ArmA2 c...

Re: New TrackIR and a couple of possible problems
I'll isolate the TrackIR this evening and get back to you, will also drop back to the previous drivers if that doesn't help and report back also. I was hoping you wouldn't say that, these ones really do good things for ArmA2.

Re: New TrackIR and a couple of possible problems
<t>Yes, just straight into the back of the system. I've got a cluster of four back there, right now with the TrackIR, my keyboard and mouse. Joystick is now in one of my front ones... again straight into the box. No external USB sockets here, aside from the ones on the back of my keyboard that I nev...

New TrackIR and a couple of possible problems
Hey all, Really digging the TrackIR so far (just came this morning) but I've noticed a couple of strange things. In ArmA2 I was finding things were working perfectly when playing as infantry, but within minutes of getting in a helicopter my system would crash forcing a reboot. I started thinking the...

Re: TrackIR5 In ArmA2 - Video demonstration/overview
<r>I ordered mine from Yogi Computers (on ebay) this past Sunday and it just arrived today. No problems, and quick test on my crappy laptop (yes, the Craptop) show that it's working fine. I can't wait to try it out in ArmA2 and FSX on my proper gaming rig this evening.<br/> <br/> As it happens I'...
