External sync in information

I have an optitrack and i want to input a trigger to the optihub using external sync in.
Can someone have information about the jack plug. is it a mono? I suppose ground is near the wire and + at the extremity?
Do you think 5v and serial 200ohms resistor would be enough?

I don't want to make mistake !!!

Hi Cimi,

The External Sync In and External Sync Out connectors, on the OptiHub, should be BNC.
