Slowing down a profile

Hi i am using a profile attributed to Hotdoguk.
Smooth profile and no jerking at all.

This is the profile, the edit-points from L to R, both axes:
0, 0, 0, 5, 8, 10, 10, 10.

Smoothness should be ok if you set it around 60.

But i would like to slow it down slightly.

Any idea how?

Go to each edit point and click the speed slider down a few numbers for each one.
