Mapping "centre view" to joystick.

Post by Scumbag »

Is it possible to map some of the Trackir commands to a joystick. I have a wingman 2 & would like to use one of its buttons to centre my view instead of the f12 button.

Cheers, Mark.

Yes, you can map joystick buttons to the TrackIR functions.

Open the hotkey page for your TrackIR profile, press the "change" button for the action and press the desired button on your joystick.

you can use a program called joy to key
http://www.electracode.com/4/joy2key/Jo ... ersion.htm
its allows you to bind kys to buttons of your joystick.so you can left the default f8 f9 in all profiles, call them usinng joy, and you dont lossse the key fuction. Its a good alternative, and it can help you in others games or apps.
hope it helps.
