I wish I had just bought my TrackIR from the main company. Every request for clarification from Virtual Realities was rebuffed with either ignorance or rudeness.
No one seems to know where my order is, when it ships, or when I'll get it. I guess customer service is provided at the $140 mark.

Virtual Realities (sales@vrealities.com) has refunded your payment.
This refund is currently pending, and will remain "Pending" until the funds
have cleared from the sender's account, which usually takes 4 business
days. You will be notified by email when the funds have cleared into your
PayPal balance.
