Hello jpinard.

There is a possibility that the install routine may have not fully completed successfully or that key files are missing.

I will need you to un-install and re-install the NaturalPoint Software. Please ensure that your unit is not plugged into the USB during this routine.

Before you run the re-install check that the NaturalPoint folder on your C drive has been deleted (this is important)

Then install as administrator and to the default directory. At this point during the install you have to ensure that there is a check in the box for program files and for Flight Simulator 2002/2004 if you have these installed.

If you are continuing to get the runtime errors contact me, and I will help you find what on your system is causing the problem.

You should also download the latest drivers., I believe it fixes the problem. http://media.naturalpoint.com/software/ ... R_3_03.exe

I know for awhile on my Intel P4 system, I had to turn off Hyperthreading on the TrackIR software as a workaround fo this problem. But 3.03 has fixed this problem for all users to my knowledge. But then again, I don't know of many users out there with a 64-bit processor.
