A few of the forum people are here to help and have also been asked by Natural point if we could help, we dont mind as it leaves them the task of getting on with softwear development and also dealing with any really serious issues that people have with there TIR1/2, and when people do have serious issues with TIR1/2 they allways come to help out.
Most of the Qs in the forums tend to be easily sorted out by other users in the end aswell.

What is a forum
The principle…
A forum is an open place where information and ideas are freely exchanged. Practically, a participant "publishes" a message that is automatically made available to all the other participants of the forum.
We monitor the forums on a daily basis. As Hotdognz has pointed out most of the small issues are quickly dealt with by other users and the need for us to get involved is not always required, but when needed we are there.
That is what a forum is all about, getting help and assistance with any of the issue's that you may have by users who may have encountered the same issue.
