Well I'm frustrated because I just bought a new Track IR2 to upgrade from my Track IR 1, and when I came to this site to download the newest software, I discovered a Track IR 3 and 3 Pro. Wha???

I haven't even opened the plastic container yet on my new version 2 and there's a newer version 3!

Can I ship it back and pay the 30 dollar difference in price for a Track IR 3 Pro? Of coarse I have to pay even more for return shipping. Geeeez it would have been nice if the company had of contacted me and offered me the option to upgrade before it shipped! ! !

Please e-mail me with your serial number that is located on a sticker on the underside of your unit.

TrackIR3 was released beacuse of user request and because we had the opportunity to upgrade the imager that we had been using.

The games that are being developed today require more and more as far as computers are concerened, we either keep up with the demands that you the user set, or we fall behind.

We are totally behind our users that ask for more, and we are constantly working to achieve the goals that you the user set. We have a number of developers that we are working with to bring you the user more of the games that you ask for.

Wayne, I too have purchase both Tracker1 and #2. I have not even opened the plastic shell casing on my new Tracker2. Would it be possible to send back the unit in exchange for the Tracker3 Pro? I'll gladly pay the difference and any other additional costs. Thanks.

I just wanted to publicly thank Wayne for the great help he gave me via e-mail. He helped smooth out the process of returning my Track IR 2 and exchanging it for a TIR 3 Pro.
