TrackIR does not seem to function

"My System Does Not Find New Hardware, the software will run, but may not function correctly"



This is what I get after installing from the disc, or from the latest software from your webpages.

My TrackIR does not seem to function at all in my current system which is as follows;



XP Home SP 2

Intel(R)

Pentium(R) 4CPU 2.8GHz

2.81GHz, 1.00 GB of RAM

TrackIRV 2.0.1 Serial No 009765

Unplug the TrackIR from your computer and plug it into a different USB port.

Does Windows recognize the TrackIR? Are there any error messages? If so, what do they say exactly? Does the task bar balloon pop up saying new hardware is found?

When installing the software, do you get any error messages? If so, what do they say exactly?

When running the software, any error messages? If so, what do they say exactly?

What version of software are you installing? For the TrackIR2, install 3.13.
