The software menue is cutted = cannot setup

Hello pilots,

is somebody out there who can help me ?

Yesterday I got my trackIR (NaturalPoint) from the States.
After installing the software Version 2.01 / Restart /
plugin the USB-connector of the trackIR I can use the
trackIR with FB.

But I cannot setupp/configure the trackIR with the software.
Why?

The software-window pop up. But not in the whole range and size !!! It is cutted at the bottom and the rigth side !!

I see the men� only below to the line "run at setup" at the bottom and at the right side it ends with the words "create new" - I do not see and cannot use the close button at the bar at the right side.

I see only the whole men� in the mannual!!

I tried many several Screens from 640 up to 12.. /
I disconnect all USB-units / I installed the software
with Windows98SE and WindowsXP.......... (I use
physical HD-Mobile-Racks for the different systems).

I found no way to see and to use the whole men�.

This is a cry for help. I want to use my trackIR with FB !!

I had that with improper installation.

First verify it ain't a screen size or font size problem.
I thin k you have already tested that point.

If it does'nt solve the problem , I am in fear you have to re install it again. I hope for you you'll find any solution else than reinstalling your OS as many of us have had to do...

Search for the forums, many times it seems to be OK but doesn't actually work. Unless OS is reinstalled and trackIR is installed soon after.

This is almost certainly because your fonts are set to large. Make sure that they are set to normal.

Go to the Display Properties control panel
- Click on the 'Appearance tab'
- Choose 'Normal' in the Font Size pulldown.

Now it runs properly !!

I follow the help:
"The font size is to large" and set it to "small"
and it works !!
