First time user. Installed 3.03 from CD was working for a while, then i started playing around in software and then it switched to "no data".
Uninstalled it, unplugged, reinstalled, replugged - same thing.
Did above and installed 3.13 - still same problem. Tried different USB ports on the PC - still same
Not sure where i can find the serial - the bar code thingy says 95542 00020

I am not sure if you have already e-mailed me, if you have not then please drop me an e-mail with your serial number. This is located on a sticker on the underside of the unit.
We need to check the status of the unit.

Hi Wayne,
serial is the one i've send you in the mail ( in software there ins't an extra 0 at the start ). I bought it at your dealer in Poland - pilots.pl.
I took your suggestion and connected it to a different PC, it froze the PC in the "tracking" screen, to the point of me having to do task manager etc.
I connected it back to my oryginal gaming machine and it seems to pick up the feed now but it's rather hazy, i'm sitting about 1 meter away from it and unless i take the sticky put it on my finger and stick it "in the face" of the thing, it fails to regiter it at all. Basically lots of noise, cursor ( motion screen ) runs all over the screen regardless of the pixel size, smoothing or camera threshold.
Any chance of other house devices interfering ?
