When I'm flying IL-2 FB and turn the fps-meter on, at a given moment I have 30 fps. If I put my hand in front of the tracking dot my fps jumps up to 50. The same happens in Pacific fighters and MSF 2004. I have tried v3.01, 3.12 and 3.13 but they all behave the same. When checking in windows task manager TrackIr takes between 0 and 2% CPU.
I uppgraded my system from W2000 to XP and I don't think it was like this before (or I just didn't notice). Any tips?
TrackIr strangles my fps
Re: TrackIr strangles my fps
Well my problem was that it's like this from the beginning, I didn't have to wait 20-30 minutes. I'm happy to report that I've solved it now. I disconnected all my usb devices and moved them around until I got it working properly. Now I only lose 0-2 fps witch I hope is normal. The strange thing is that it worked when I had W2000 installed, maybe it's a driver issue with XP.
