Frustrated.. Please help!

Post by CaptHen »

I just got a trackIR 2 from a friend of mine, and I'm having a real hard time setting up a deadzone.

I have 3.13 software and am using a trackIR hat with reflective dot. There is no problem with general movement.

I have tried several different profiles and went through the manual's step-by-step deadzone tutorial several times. The problem is, the software doesn't save the deadzone settings. After I click "Group Edit Points", any other tab, or try to save it, the edit points settings I made automatically reset to 0! I can't think of anything else to do and I definately can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Please help!!
