You can try my profile if you like as a basis to tweak for your own use. Just click the link at the right of the page. Download and try some of the others while you're at it and find one that's more comfortable to you.

What is the best profile to use with TR 3 Pro?

I like a relatively normal head movement and I would like to use the 'enhanced mode'.

Do you have to make any adjustment in the files in the main FB folder?

Thanks for the offer. I have tried yours and 2 others and I had someone walk me through setting up a profile.

I get the same results each time. There is no deadzone and the focus will drift and then stick.

It is very sensitive.

I have tried using the dots on the bridge of my glasses and on a hat and then I made a gizmo with a cork and a dowl and a clip that I clipped to the band on my head set.

I have un installed TR 3 pro and uninstalled it 3 times then I also used system restore.

One thing I am worried about is the the shipping box was slightly crushed and the clamshell pack was dimpled when I recieved it.

I am wondering if some how something is damaged and I cannot tell.

So far no preset profile has worked.
If I am looking straight at the screen and then the game starts the view just jumps to the left.

If I hit the F12 button to center it as soon as I move my arm the view jumps again. Thats why I think there is no dead zone or something is wrong with the unit.

What else can I try?

Thanks

gdfo,

Please e-mail me when I am in the office and we will see if we can find that dead zone for you.

Wayne,
Thanks for your email and the 'profile'!!

I will try it tommorrow. Thursday! I did not know about checking the boxes for the FS games. LOL. Each time I learn something new.

I look forward to getting this running just right.

From what I have experienced so far the whole concept is amazing. I will let you know later what happens.

Thanks

And by the sounds of it I'm thinking it has more to do with keymapping conflicts but it's probably better for you and Wayne to hash it out directly.

Good luck!
