Error Please help i'm desperate!

hello there i have the following problem:
when i put the cd in and it starts to install (or i run the d/l install)
the install shield gives the following error:
Fehler bei der Extrahierung der suppor-dateien.
The system can't find the needed file.

its german but i'm dutch?? thats kinda weird too
so i really do't have a clue off whats the problem
maybe anyone off you vcan help.

hmm no luck so far.
i just dont get it everything seems to be okay but some how it can't find some file

well i just reinstalled windows and it installed just fine after that

tested it with lo-mac and its great
getting more used to it now
its really awesome
