Crick USB Switch Box

Post by john_desanta »

I use the Crick USB Switch Box in conjunction with some accessibility switches from Tash for left-clicking and right-clicking. If I get the TrackIR 3, will it have a conflict with these devices if I try to use them simultaneously with the TrackIR 3?

I have not tested with the hardware that you have described, however it appears that the SmartNAV may be better suited for your needs.

Do you need the device for games or assistive technology?

Thanks for the response, Wayne. I posted a similar question in the SmartNav support forum and Kevin replied with the information that I should have no issues with compatibility between my accessibility switches and the SmartNAV. I just wanted to confirm whether the same might be true of the TrackIR or whether there is a significant difference between these two products in this regard. Since I already use accessibility switches from Tash for left-clicking and right-clicking, I was curious whether the TrackIR would have any conflict if used simultaneously with those switches. Thanks, John.
