Cannot settle the view

I just received & installed the Track IR3 Pro with Vector Expansion.

This must have been asked before, but I cannot get the view to stop flickering and be so sensitive. Please advise and yes I have read the manual.

Also, where is this 'test' file I read about in another thread?

I have a 'test' profile that simply has a curve with deadzone so people could see how to setup a curve.

Clik on link in sig and go to tutorial.

Well Charlie, I tried it, but I still cannot stop the flickering.
