Need to extend my TrackIR3 Pro USB cable

My PC case is a little to far for my TrackIR3 Pro USB cable to reach and I have a spare 3 metre USB extension cable; I was wondering if there might be a problem with degredation of signal etc?

My other option is to connect it directly into one of my USB ports on my Dell tft monitor.

What do you chaps say?

Hey, how long is the regular TrackIR 3 wire?

aprox 1.80 metres Travis.

BTW, I added the 3 metre extension USB cable and it works just fine, no problems at all.

The new Vector system really makes the movements/tracking rock solid; extremely happy with it!
