I have been using TrackIR3 Pro for a few weeks now and suddenly, at boot up, the system asks to install the driver for 'NaturalPoint Loader' it continues through the hardware installation wizard and then asks for the file 'npusbrnm.sys'. This file does not exist on my system. I've searched all drives, looking in hidden folders and system folders etc.....nowhere to be found.
If I remove the TrackIR unit, and uninstall/reinstall the software and the plug in the unit again all is fine for a while then it does it again one or two boot ups later.
Any help greatly appreciated.
thanks, Daz

Re: TrackIR3 Pro not detected by XP
Small update.
Although a fresh install of TrackIR software/hardware works for a while, windows reports there was an error with the installation and that the hardware might not work correctly....although it seems to do so for a while as explained previously.
The 'npusbrnm.sys' file does not exist on my computer even after a fresh installation of the TrackIR Software.
