Hi Wayne,
I have the exact same problem as a guy in the sticky thread 'Track IR 3 does not find hardware driver' as in if I switch off the power to my PC completely and then power back up and boot XP, it finds new hardware (Naturalpoint Loader) and asks for the file 'npusbrnm.sys' which cannot be found on my system.
Only a complete uninstall/reinstall solves the problem but even then it often reports that the hardware might be installed incorrectly.
Any help appreciated.

I've had this problem as well, but my solution is to unplug the TrackIR unit from the USB socket and stick it back in again. WinXP then recognises it and all is well.

Thanks for the info. I tried that and it seems to do the trick.
