TracK IR3 Pro has stopped tracking.

Hello all,

I purchased my Track IR3 Pro about a week ago and was enjoying it a lot until it suddenly quite tracking my head ealier on today.

The green light doesn't come on anymore, however, the four red LED's are still on and the blue LED comes on when I'm playing an enhanced game (lo-mac)

I've reinstalled numerous times now but it's still not picking up anything. This is annoying because all I want to do is use it.

I really want to avoid having to send it back.

Check the tracking window. Does it show the dot on your hat/whatever?

Nope. I got it working again earlier on today, and I've been using it for a couple of hours. It's just stopped now though. A system restart won't solve it and reinstalling it is pointless because in a couple of minutes it'll stop working again....

No dot in the track window whatsoever, infact, there's no black on the track window.

How did you get it to work? Mine is doing the exact same thing except it doesnt work at all now, just like you said
