Broken the metalic base

Post by mopheta »

Hi. I have TrackIR 3 pro, and the piece of metal with 3 legs has been broken while doubling to adapt it to the tft monitor. It seems to be a metal not very apt to be doubled. Doubling is hard, and you must double if you have a TFT monitor. Ive done with caution, but the metal is not good to do this, and it is broken.

This is only a minor issue... Trackir is 100% funcional, but I cant adapt to the top of my TFT monitor (if I put TrackIR in other place, vector doesnt work very well). Now is not possible to attach the TrackIR to any place ussefull for me. Ive think about any solution, but I think the best and easy is to replace this metalic piece.

Naturalpoint, is there any posibility to send me a mail with this three legs metalic base?. I live in Europe (Spain). I can pay for this.

Mopheta, all I can sugest is to send a mail to either Warren or Wayne, with your serial number of your TIR (I know it does not really apply to the Vector clip, but it gives a tracking number for reference if nothing else).

We are happy to replace the metal base for you. I think that this post wasn't replied to because we need to have you email to our Support address (support@naturalpoint.com). Send them all the info and they will replace it.
