Mirror Values

I have a brand new Track IR3 Pro and the latest software, and really like it ( once I found out about Precision Mode, and how it stabilized the view) .

I have one question, when I uncheck Mirror Values to adjust the yaw a bit differently on the left and right side of the aircraft, and press the OK button as I exit the menu. I find that when I go back in again, the mirror value is checked again. Is this normal?

Similar to this, in my attempts to get my TrackIR working (which it's still dead), I tried adjusting the light filtering. I would check the light filtering box, press okay, go back into settings, and it was unchecked.

Yup I can confirm that as well. Light filtering is working but it is not shown tobe in the highlight box.

Do they normally answer questions on this forum, or is there another way to find out why something doesn't work correctly?

Hmm, mine worked right out of the box when i downloaded the latest software, also the lightfiltering worked fine.
