What is SmartNAV?

And how do I prevent it from interfearing with TIR3?
As of today I noticed my TIR was shining blue right from when I fired my rig up. Started PF but got no response from my head turning, I chaecked the TIR and it was shining blue but no gleaming (red) leds and no led shining on top!
Left PF and clicked the TIR symbol and got the message SmartNAV and TIR cannot run together, turn off SmartNAV!
How and where?
What I did was a restart but that doesnt feel very satisfactory as I don�t know what happened or how to prevent it!
Any suggestions? I seached the HDD for SmartNAV and found some java things + 2 empty htm-pages that gave no clue!

Check in your "Add/Remove Programs" section in "control panel" and make sure you never installed anything called "SmartNAV".
