I just updated the TrackIR software for my TrackIR3 Pro to version 4.1.028, and the HEADS function no longer works. Also, when I press F12, the device doesn't center.
I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled the software, and that didn't help.
I have been a huge fan of the product, but this is really disappointing. Can anyone help?

you mean the heads display within our software doesnt work? Does it work in game still?
And if F12 doesnt work what game are you in? Try mapping the "center" to another key like "Home" or such and see if that works.... if it does then that means another program was trying to grab the F12 key for another function.

Sorry; F12 to center does actually work in the games.
What does not work is the HEADS function within VIEW. Nothing displays in the panels. (No 3D images.)
The tracking within the games seems to work, though.
