TIR3Pro freezing & green lines

After searching I didn't find a problem like this: anytime I turn on the TIR now, the tracking screen will initially show the green ball, but when I turn my head to the right, 1 or 2 green lines will replace it (not in the same location) and the tracking will freeze. This happens regardless of distance between my dot and the TIR, or the light conditions - although brighter conditions make is slightly worse. I have tried this at night so no ambient light.

Any recommended tests/checks?

Ok, this isn't working - is there another place to get some support for this equipment? My unit is pretty new, I'm willing to try any suggestions that I haven't already, but I've tried all the standard approaches listed in other threads.

Some official support would be greatly appreciated.
