Question: CFS3 will not load

Get this message:
Title:Combat Fight Simulator 3
Version required: Version 3.1
Computer crashed. Installed the latest version and vector expansion. Where is version 3.1

I have found the problem.
Removed CFS3 all the way and reinstalled, with all of patchs.
Removed Trackir. installed software and vector expansion.
CFS3 now shows up as a supported sim.
