TrackIR 3 Pro & Motrox TripleHead2Go

Hello All. I've had my TrackIR 3 Pro for a few years now and haven't had any problems until recently. I've updated to surround gaming (Matrox TH2G) and I'm using a BFG 7900GTXOC video card with a resolution of 3840x1024 (across 3 LCD monitors) and when I turn on my TrackIR the green light doesn't com on and when I click on view and hit Tracking I don't even get a black screen. It's like a blank box with a settings tab at the bottom. Any ideas?

Hi TooLDaddy,
there are no known issues with the triple monitor setup. (our friends at e-Dimensional were using this setup at IFC a couple weeks back). So i'm guessing the issue lies elswhere.

The green light on TrackIR just indicates that the device can see something. If TrackIR isn't seeing anything bright enough, then it won't display anything in the Tracking window.

Can you please send me an email with your serial number, the make/model of your motherboard, and a guess at about how far away from TrackIR you're sitting?

Nevermind. DUUUUUH! I went to Help then contents and clicked on troubleshooting and there was the answer. All I had to do was shut down the software, wait 30 secs, unplug it, wait 30 secs, plug it back in, wait 30 secs and start up the software and I had my green light and tracking. SWEEET! I'm gonna go try it out now...thanks for your quick response Warren.
