Scanning my Head

Hi Guys,

i've got serious problems. I was on vacation for a week, came home and then this!


I'm setting the "light filtering" option to the maximum but it doesnt help. It's not tracking my dot anymore, it tracks my face! Thats horrible, cant look anymore in my Flightsimulator. The view is jumping from one side to the other. Does anyone know whats the problem???

I've never had that problem.. I've had other problems of not tracking or no being detected by a game.. I usually fixed it by un-installing IR3 Pro and installing it again..

Try re-installing it. remember to unplug your gadget while installing the software...then restart your Puter... that's the only thing I would do.. It might help !!

What is the Serial # of the device?
It should be located on the end of the cable, near the USB plug, or on the underside of the device.

i guess its a hardware problem, not software. So reinstalling doesnt help. There is no Serial at the red paper, but at the bottom of the piece. It seems to be this one: 33105
?
