I can't get my TrackIR 4.0 running

Guys,

When I run TrackIR4.0. I get a popup error message:

"TrackIR.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created"

Anybody run into this problem? any fixes?

Wayne at Naturalpoint is aware of my problem. But I have not solved it yet after three days.

My installlog looks ok.

I am running it on my Desktop Win 2000. (This is where I have my flight sim)

I did the same thing on my laptop WinXP and I can get it running..except it jitters a lot on that one.

Hi Manny-

I had a similar problem. Look in your modules folder in FS9. If you see a file called "TrackR-2002.dll", remove it and you should be okay.

What E-mail? The one where you sent me the 4.000.19 file? I have replied to you three times after that and I have not heard from you.
No that does not do it. I have the same issue.

I was so excited to read you solution. But unfortunately..I don't have that file in that folder. So there is nothing to delete.
