I've just received my TrackIR 3 pro and Vector expansion from the UK distributor, with no card containing the registration details, so I cannot activate the Vector Expansion.
Presumably, I just contact the UK distributor or am I missing something?

Sorry to hear about this. Yes, you must contact the distributor directly, we bulk ship them to the distributor and it is up to them to place the activation codes in the proper orders.

I'm sure you have but check again all the packaging carefully. Its only a small card and can be lost easily inside the envelope.

Thanks WB, I will recheck but I'm sure it's not there. Looks like 2005 now before I will get going - no response at all from the UK distributor by phone or e-mail so far

Just for you guys at Natural Point I bought my Vector from eDimantional and when it arrived the Vector was in a white padded envolope that was sealed. Inside it was the Vector but no codes.
EDimentionals excelent Customer Service had my codes emailed in 30 mins of asking.
Oh and I can only use one word to describe it
