Track IR and Warbirds 3

Using the 3.01 software

When trying to use Track IR Enhanced mode I get a fast flashing of the centered view and the view Im looking towards being rendered simultaneous.
IF I hit the center command it will go to center but with a stutter and then if I move a little off center, and I mean JUST a LITTLE, the flashing views come back again.
If I use mouse emulation this does not happen.
BUT then I have the mouse cursor in my view all the time.
I have tried resetting my video to Vsynch On from Off and 1 frame pre-render to no effect.
PLEASE tell me I dont have to buy a TrackIR2 for this to be resolved.

This happened to me very briefly, but with toggling Alt-T a couple of times, it cleaned up and hasn't been back. Now, If I could just keep my head still.
