I just got mine this weekend and it is indeed messed up sensitive in fs2004. I've been messing with it off and on all weekend and still don't have it right. Here are a few things I have tried.

You can set all the curves to smooth, then set the smooth slider all the way up and this helps out a lot. If you don't need to lean or zoom or slide left or right, you can shut those axes off. You could try setting some dead zones, but I didn't like that. Another thing to do is set the acceleration curves down to a maximum of 8 or 9 rather than the default of 17 or 18. You have to turn your head farther but it's a lot less sensitive.

I'm rather dissapointed in naturalpoint for not creating decent profiles for all of their enhanced games. They could have made profiles for each game that would suit MOST people without much tweaking. It's not like there's a million games. What is there? 20? 30? Because I guarantee you that nobody is going to be able to play fs2004 and maybe some other games without spending a lot of time making and testing profiles. What a pain. Good thing I have a 3 day weekend.

I should be able to install the software, plug in the hardware, and rock on. But no. I have to fix it!
