Vector Activation

I have recently upgraded to 64bit hardware and did a clean install of XP. My porblem is that now I cannot activate the Vector expansion. I get a "Data is invalid" error message and a link to a naturalpoint page which informs me that another user has activated the product. I have tried the phone number supplied but to no avail. Can someone please supply me with a number I can call from Austalia. Thanks

For the time being i would recommend saving the phone call cost, and sticking with forum posts and emails. (you can contact our tech support personnel at support@naturalpoint.com)

Thanks for the tech support. It was worth the cost of the call. Lock On is truely awsome with the TrackIR Pro3 and the Vector (and Edimensional's E-glasses)!!
