From the look of your last screen the vector clip looks as if it is too high. If you look in the 'Tracking Window' you will see that one of the bottom reflectors has gone as high as the top reflector. This would confuse the camera and software and it would see that the hat is upside down hance the upside down head.

The way to remedy this is fairly simple. Have your camera between 26-30" from the Vector clip. Have the camera about 2" higher than the top reflector. Move the peak of your cap down a bit (not too far otherwise you will have a simular problem when looking down.

Good luck and come back if you still need any more help. I missed your first post and a fair amount of those who help on this forum are in the US so would still be asleep

Sleep? What's that?

Barred gave excellent advice... Your clip is way too high and you are on the border line of the field of view.

Hi men thx for answer.

Rick i'm not really at the border line of the FOV the border line is the end of the square so i have few space again.

For the clip i had try but it's same because it's same prob than left/right (first screens).

Are you sure it's not a "bug" i ask this because on the screens you can see really fine the 3 points on the tracking picture.

Please check on your TIR3pro

Phil how far is the camera from the vector clip? 26-30" (85-95cm) is recomended as the optimal distance for TRI3+Vector.

If you are at that distance and still finding the problem then an having to move your head too much (which would cause the roblem sideways) I would reduce the smoothing for that profile. Just select the profile at the bottom that you use and select edit then you will see a screen like this >

Just adjust the slider left will reduce the amount of head movement needed and right will increase it.

Let me know how it goes please.

Hi men
Thx Barred for answer
The distance is ok
I would like keep a large amplitude of move (for my real head :-) )
So i prefer don't move the slider.
Ok i think to have identified the prob maybe it's a bug:
When you choice:
tracking type: Vector
The prefered dot size is not used i thunk this parameter must be used for each 3 dots of the VE but it seems that no :-( could you change this?
If you put:
tracking type: dot
You'll see that with 5pixels the tracking is not lost with a very small dot
I can make screens if you want (i'll do screens certainly later)

Have a good day @+

Adjusting that slider wont harm anything. It's just if you make custom markers you can size accordingly. Dot size is 100 pixels and track hat reflectors are 200.

So it's impossible for me to do something for it works? :-(

And it's not in your plans to do something too?
I hope that yes for me it's a bug because i'm in the FOV and we can see distinctly the 3 dot.
