Hi!
After running the NPREGFIX.EXE the message says: No devices detected that needed to be fixed.
Do you have an application (uninstaller) that deletes all traces of TIR (like complete rollback of the system)?
Centering problems with TIR4
Re: Centering problems with TIR4
Hi!
I've made a quick record in PF+AEP+FB ver 4.03m of my problem with TIR4. Where can I send the track?
Thank you!

Re: Centering problems with TIR4
You can send it to rick@naturalpoint.com
Does this happen in our software only while viewing the heads display. I believe you said it did but you mentioned taking this record from within IL2 which more then likely wont show anything.
If you setup the track clip on a stable surface in front of the TrackIR. While pressing the center key (F12) several times. If it is offsetting itself when that is happening then remove your software completely as well as deleting the NaturalPoint folder from C:\Program Files, that's the most you should need to do to resolve the issue.
Reinstall the latest software from the website then try the same test again, if at that point the issue still happens then we may need to begin the RMA process.

Hi!
Rick, did you had a chance to look at the tracks I sent you?

Hi!
I would appreciate some feedback here, seeing that others get their problems fixed in record time.

Hi!
What's going on with my problem? Did you look at the tracks?
Can I record and send the recorded "session" in TIR application? How?
Bye

Re: Centering problems with TIR4
Klemi, I believe Rick is having some personal problems. I would sugest resending to Support@naturalpoint.com if possible so that any of the guys at NP can have a look.
Re: Centering problems with TIR4
Thanks Barred! I was thinking that Rick might be absent for whatever reason.
Does anyone else have similar problem with their TIR4?

Re: Centering problems with TIR4
Klemi,
Hopefully i can help a bit. Im new to TIR4 but what your saying makes sense. Have you tried some of the troubleshooting steps that Rick suggested? In other words, place your track clip down on a stable surface directly in front of the TIR unit. Click the center button a few times and see if it still "drifts" on you. Also, post a screenshot of your track window (the three little green reflectins of your track clip) while you're wearing it. I think what Rick was trying to get at is if your TIR unit is offset to the side a bit from your sitting position, this may have an effect on centering.
With that said, my TIR4 centers fine.
