I had some problem with my trackIR unit a couple of weeks ago and was contact promptly by Rick. After determine the problem, I was issued an RMA. Today, I just got my new trackIR 4 unit and it worked flawless.
A big Thank You to Rick and all the people in NaturalPoint for such a great service and a wonderful product! It is a blessing to have such a company in the flight simulation community to make our gaming experience more enjoyable!
