TrackIr 1 and XP

I have the 3.10 drivers that install without problems and the TIR works great, but when I reboot the computer the device manager entry for the TIR goes away and it no longer works and I have to reinstall the drivers. What am I doing wrong?

Do you run your TrackIR software under the same account that carried out the install, which should be administrator.

Did this happen with the previous drivers that you were using?

YES

NEVER used the previous drivers with XP

BTW it works great and as long as I unplug it before I reboot, all is well.

Are you running the "Run at Start Up", if so uncheck the box and see if the results are the same?
