New Hardware Found

Post by bman2006 »

Is there any way to keep the "New Software found" installation window from popping up each time I restart my computer?

I keep the TrackIR 4 in the same USB port (on a hub).

I thought I found somethign about this a couple days ago on the forum but I am having a hard time relocating it.

Thanks

PS - Also, what kind of frame rates are people getting on average playing FS9. Sorry this is off topic but I am curious to know what you TrackIR users are getting. Obviously the slower the rate the harder TIR is to use simply for the fact that it's jumpy etc.

Thanks again.

I forgot to mention, I have run NPRegFix but it notes that there are no devices that need to be fixed.

Yes, the software is running fine. I am just wishing it would stop trying to install every time I reboot my computer.

Where can I manually set the USB port to the NP ? Device manager?
