The MAN of TIR

Post by Brutis »

My first TIR story is a bad one. I hear of TIR from a friend I fly with and then get excited to get it. Four months passes by before it's time to place the order for it. So, first overnight delivery, received the next day!!! Pumped to get this baby working and really find out if it's what everyone says it will be. To no avail...it's busted. Then the fear of having to deal with tech support set's in. Here we go, a usually long drawn out ordeal that takes forever with most other companies takes a few short days with my man Rick here. I'm writing him e-mails, he's responding at 3, 4 in the morning. That guy had my back the whole time trying his damndist to get that little camera working. So after an unsuccessful effort to get my original equipment working he kindly says that he will get me a new one. So now I am in the excited yet patient stage to receive my new camera. I will follow up on this post with my opinions on how the setup actually works.

The purpose of this short story is that Natural Point better be taking care of Rick here because he is the backbone of all support. Without him, everyone here would be alone in the dark. So a I believe a Thank You is due.
Thank You Rick.
