am getting frustrated with editing a profile, because it doesnt seem to be very intuitive how you go about editing a profile to increase the neutral zone at the center, or alter the steepness of the response curve on the x-y axis.
neither can i find this information on the track-ir website.
can anybody help me to locate the information of how to go about these 2 edits, or instruct me on how to do it plz.
thanks
how to edit a profile to ++ the neutral zone
Re: how to edit a profile to ++ the neutral zone
pretorian,
The easiest way I find to do this is to...
Set edit point to zero and adjust the speed, the higher the number that you use, the less head movement you will need at that point, so you will want to set this to zero to give you a deadzone whan you are facing forward.
Change the edit point first and then alter the speed, this keeps things easy, and you can see the graph on your left to see the signature of the profile that you are creating.
Continue through each edit point the same way.
If you can let me know what games you are using I will be able to help with a profile.
