Seemingly random software drops

Hi Folks,

I have a TrackIR 1 which has served me well for several years. No problems at all until recently when it seems to just stop working randomly. It starts and runs fine until at some point (no regular timing) the software seems to disappear. No crash message.

Tried removing and reinstalling software, no good.

Any ideas?

The software just dissappears? and TrackIR stops working?
sounds like a computer hardware issue.
Can you email me your computer specs, including operating system and the serial number for your TrackIR?
