Hi
I have installed the latest Software for Trackir 4 Pro , namely 4.1 Build 29 as per instruction to get FSX working, i can switch on/oof the device tracking using F9 and when removing my hat the green light goes off and when i put it back in view it goes back on. I can also look at the diff views and they all work. however when i go into FSX , CFS3 or Ship Simulator and get into a Virtual Cockpit or not I cannot get the trackir to follow my movements even though it still works in the views of TRackir's Software, I also do not get a blue light when going into any of the simulators/games
I hope you can help this dummy as i must be doing something wrong.
ps i did read most of your forum before asking and have swithed off the news flag and uninstall all Firewall, Antivirus and etc. My Bandwith is 20mbit upstream and 2 mbit downstream
Regards
Mario
Love the product though saw it at the Flgiht Simulator Weekend in Lelystad Netherlands.

Well first off, is Ship sim in your games list?
Also try doing a clean install of the TrackIR software, i.e.
1- Uninstall the TrackIR software in Add/Remove programs
2- Delete the NaturalPoint folder on the HDD, C:\Program Files\NaturalPoint
3- Reinstall the TrackIR software, and run the games update

Hi Vincent
Yes Ship Sim is in my list and I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice and after each uninstall deleted the files in the natural point dir, after each reinstall i did update the games so the i can see Flight Simulator X and not the demo version.
but this still did not help.

I did also download TRackmapper and when loading that is show as the current game in the TRacIR Main Tab, but this does not show any game but says None when using the other 3 games/simulators

TrackMapper was for older games, and our older software, and it isn't required or need with the new applications.
Make sure it is not running, trackmapper, before starting titles such as FSX or CFS3.
