New User - setting home position in FSX

Post by stu184 »

Hi folks

I've just picked up a Tracker 4 up today and have it working in FSX.

I have one question which hopefully is an easy fix.

I normally sit about 2ft6" from my monitor on which the Tracker is mounted.

By default I am to far away from the dash in the VC.

If I lean forward fine it zooms in ok and i can see how you can fine tune it in the gauges section but I want to make my normal sitting position closer to the cockpit dash by default and can't see how I set this initial range.

Can someone point me in the right direction

Many thanks

One trick is to sit a little further back, re-center the view, then readjust to your normal position. This moves your view foward a little in the application.

Thanks Vincent

I didn't realise i could still adjust the position with the normal zoom in/zoom out feature in FS anyway so I've got it covered.

Congrats on a great product..

Best regards
