Trackir not running

Hi, just received my trackir, I installed software but my trackir does not work with il2 fb.
No light in de hardware.
I run the sofware, but when I try to run mouse emulation a message says "Unable to initialize trackir"
I installed lasta version donwloaded here.

You don't need to run the mouse emulation software with IL2.

Is the TrackIR serial # showing up on the main tab of the TrackIR software?

Is it listed in the Device Manager of the system?

Are you plugging it into a hub, or directly into the back of your system?

The trakir runned once, then, the next time I used the trackir was unable to use, no signal detected.

I installed the trackir in another pc an nothing to do.

my track ir has the same problem worked well, but now trackir software state is "configuring" no light lighting on the track ir 4 pro , but serial number is shown, device doesnt work.
i ve also tried to install it on 2 other fresh installed pcs
the result was the same the track ir doesnt respond....
i bought it in germany at your official trackir store
what can i do shall?
