How to update software?

I saw the latest/final version of 4.1.029 is out, what is the easiest way to go about updating my current one? Do I go into control panel and remove the trackir4 and then install the new one?

1 - Remove the TrackIR software by doing the following:
a. Click "Start"
b. Click on the "Control Panel"
c. Click "Add/Remove Programs"
d. Find "TrackIR" and click "Change/Remove"
e. Once launched it will give the option to completely remove it.
f. Delete the NaturalPoint folder at the following location, C:\Program Files\NaturalPoint
g. Download and reinstall the software from the following location, http://www.naturalpoint.com/trackir/06- ... nuals.html

Run the downloaded installer file. If you haven�t uninstalled the previous version, it will run through an uninstall application first.
If you had to run the uninstaller, rerun the downloaded file to install the latest version.

Either way will get the job done.........
